Sneak peek at what we are working on..
The time is now.
"This is a time of massive rethinking, and for finding new solutions and new ways of doing things via technology. We're also seeing consumers being much more informed, a greater desire for regulations to counter poor performance." Rachel Brown

MSA on energy
The SBN awards are coming up next week and we actively have our fingers crossed.
Here's some info from SBN about our stance and development on energy.
MSA is the first housing company in New Zealand to provide solar power as a standard feature with homes. This produces all the energy needs for the home, charges a couple of electric vehicles and produces sufficient excess to repay the embodied energy within five years.
The solar array is not itemised or optional, so the MSA purchaser doesn't need to worry about the cost. Whether they’re environmentally conscious or not, their new home will be energy and carbon neutral with transportation included.
The MSA house is an ‘active house’. Unlike a passive house, MSA believes it’s better to invest in ample alternate energy from the start.
