Meet the Founders of MSA: MSA was founded by Karl and Dr. Joanna Rusher, combining their diverse expertise to create innovative architectural solutions. Karl, an engineer and visionary, leads the engineering and architectural design of MSA. With an MBA and extensive experience, he also oversees the business’s development and direction.
Dr. Joanna Rusher, with a background in art history, business, and public health, and a doctorate in Communications, brings a unique perspective to MSA. She integrates her multidisciplinary knowledge to support MSA’s engineering vision and philosophical foundation.
